Arlene F. Marks

Arlene F. Marks has been a professional writer, editor, and educator for more than fifty years. In June 2012, she officially retired from teaching and immediately dived into a full-time writing career. Since then, she has written and had published 22 books, including two literacy programs for the classroom, a collection of stories containing a 2022 Year’s Best Canadian SF Novella, and 14 novels in several different genres. She has also given many writing workshops and presentations over the years, both online and in person. Arlene lives with her husband on the shore of beautiful Nottawasaga Bay, where she writes the stories that demand to be written and dreams of becoming a household name.
